UPCYCLING
When sustainability meets premium
Brandcraft combines sustainable promotional items with stylish design and superior craftsmanship. Through our upcycling initiative, we transform high-quality material scraps from industrial production processes—primarily from the automotive industry—into exclusive accessories and corporate gifts. What would otherwise end up as waste becomes the raw material for premium-quality card cases, luggage tags, folders, and other small leather goods . The result: products that are not only aesthetically appealing but also tell a story—and lend your brand a credible, sustainable image.
Brandcraft x Upcycling – Made in Germany
Our upcycled leather comes from the same tannery that produces interior leather for luxury brands such as BMW and Rolls-Royce—tanned and processed in Germany from cattle raised on German pastures. We source these high-quality production scraps directly and prepare them for our manufacturing partners. The result is products that are not only environmentally responsible but also crafted to the highest standards.
In addition, we help brands in the automotive, furniture, and fashion industries make use of their own fabric scraps—and, upon request, produce custom products or entire collections that are distributed to end consumers through our clients’ sales channels.
-
We source offcuts and scraps directly from leather manufacturers and process them for our production partners. The processed material is then used to create custom products that reflect your brand’s style—from card holders to document folders.
-
Our upcycled leathers are available in a variety of grains and surface textures—depending on current stock levels from our production facilities. The quality consistently meets the standards used for premium interiors in the automotive industry.
-
Since most of our leather comes from the automotive industry, the most common colors are black, brown, and gray. We also have access to smaller quantities of more unusual colors such as red, green, pink, or purple—please feel free to contact us directly if you have specific color requests.
-
We generally keep sufficient quantities of standard colors in stock. If you have specific requests regarding color, grain, or quantity, we would be happy to provide personalized advice.
-
Our upcycled leather is tanned and processed in Germany. The cattle were raised on pastures in Germany. For us, this isn’t just a marketing claim—it’s a concrete quality standard that we adhere to in every project.

Premium quality with a clear conscience
At Brandcraft , upcycling means more than just conserving resources—it is a design principle. By preventing the destruction of materials and avoiding the production of new raw materials, every upcycled product makes a measurable contribution to environmental protection. Ideally, this requires hardly any additional energy or water—prevention is the most effective approach to nature conservation.
Companies that showcase their commitment to sustainability through upcycled products send a clear message to customers, partners, and employees. We are proud that many world-renowned brands have joined our initiative and exclusively provide us with their leftover materials—which we use to create unique, high-quality products tailored to our customers’ individual styles.
