We develop and manufacture your products. If you'd like, we can also handle everything that comes after that.
The products have been developed, prototyped, and manufactured. But the work isn’t done yet—it’s only just beginning. Who will store the merchandise? How can various stores and offices easily place repeat orders? Who will pack, address, and ship the orders? And who is responsible if a shipment doesn’t arrive?
In most companies, this responsibility is shared among several parties. The marketing department handles development, the purchasing department handles procurement, a third-party logistics provider handles shipping, and the individual locations place their orders somewhere in between. Sometimes this works. However, as soon as a specific date is set—such as an opening, a trade show, an employee event, or the Christmas mailing—coordinating between three service providers quickly becomes a risk.
We handle this entire process for you. You’ll have a single point of contact for development, production, inventory management, and shipping. When a deadline is set, it’s set—even if problems arise along the way. That’s why we’ve been working for over 15 years with brands that require their products to arrive on time, in full, and at the promised quality, right where they’re needed.
For customers with multiple properties, locations, or partners, we set up an ongoing program based on this information, rather than starting from scratch every time.
Order Portal & Brand Store
Your locations place their own orders, and you retain control. We set up a secure ordering portal branded with your company’s design—often referred to as an employee store. Every facility, branch, and department receives its own login credentials. You determine who is authorized to order what and up to what budget. Approvals are handled digitally, the order history is accessible at any time, and costs can be clearly allocated by location. This eliminates the need for bulk orders via email and inquiries about item numbers. Upon request, we can set up an open shop instead, where guests, customers, or fans can make purchases directly.
Storage & Stockpiling
Once designed and produced, they’re always available. We store your products in our warehouse, so they’re ready whenever you need them. Reorders are processed without new cost calculations, without large minimum order quantities, and without long production lead times. This takes the pressure off planning, because no one has to estimate demand for an entire year in advance and store the rest in the basement. You can view inventory levels in the portal in real time, broken down by item and variant. When an item is running low, we’ll notify you in plenty of time before it sells out.
Shipping & Local Distribution
From individual packages to deliveries to every home. We ship individual shipments to employees, guests, and customers, as well as consolidated shipments to locations, branches, and retailers. Nationally and internationally, with delivery on the same or next business day. Every shipment is trackable, and recipients receive a tracking number upon request. For recurring events, such as onboarding packages for new employees, we set up fixed processes. When a date is set—such as an opening or an employee event—we plan backward from the target date and coordinate the delivery accordingly.
Lettershop & Mailings
Cover letter and product in one package. We handle the entire mailing process. This includes address preparation and verification, personalized digital printing, mass mailings, envelope stuffing, packaging of inserts and product packages, postage optimization, and returns management. The difference from a traditional lettershop lies in the contents of the package. The product (ideally including a premium box) comes from a single source, so collection, production, packaging, and shipping form a single process rather than involving multiple service providers who have to coordinate with one another. Typical applications include customer mailings with product inserts, invitations with guest gifts, holiday mailings, gift cards, and onboarding packages for new employees.
Our Responsibility
We handle the design, product development, production, and management. Warehousing, order picking, packaging, and shipping are handled by established, certified logistics partners in Germany. Their capacity is sufficient to handle even peak campaign periods.
For you, this doesn't change anything in terms of responsibility. You have one point of contact, one invoice, and one person in charge of scheduling and quality. You don't have to coordinate what happens behind the scenes.
When scheduling appointments, we plan backward from the target date. Whether it’s a grand opening, a trade show, a staff event, or a Christmas mailing, the timeline is based on your date, not our delivery times.
-
We estimate that the onboarding process will take two to eight weeks. The duration depends on whether designs are already available and whether a store already exists. Production of the first run will take place simultaneously.
-
Generally, for three or more locations or for recurring needs. We’re just as happy to work with you on one-time projects—in which case we’ll operate without the portal and warehouse.
-
There is a one-time setup fee, followed by a monthly service fee plus storage and shipping costs. Products are billed on demand. You will receive a complete cost estimate in advance.
