The first day of rental costs €490, the second and third days cost €390 each, and starting on the fourth day, each day costs €320 (all prices are net, plus VAT). A 3-day trade show therefore costs €1,270. There is a one-time fee of €100 to configure the machine for your product. No security deposit is required.

We exclusively rent out Metallic Elephant KSF Mini hot foil stamping machines. The machine features a sturdy cast-iron body and a compact footprint of approximately 40 × 25.5 cm—ideal for event booths. An initials set (Times New Roman font, 10 mm height) is included.

We offer embossing on genuine and synthetic leather—for example, card cases, luggage tags, key chains, or folders—either in a colorless finish (blind embossing, which we recommend), in gold, or in silver.

Both options are available: You can customize products you already own—or, upon request, we can produce matching leather accessories in your brand’s design, such as card cases, luggage tags, or key chains. You’ll find a selection under Accessories.

Pickup at our office at Sedanstraße 25 in Munich is free of charge; the machine comes in a secure flight case. Courier service within Munich costs €75; insured shipping within Germany costs €190 (each way). We calculate shipping costs to other European countries on a case-by-case basis.

Yes. By appointment, you can test the embossing on your product at our office in Munich-Haidhausen.

It’s up to you: Your own hostesses or team members can handle the embossing—our supervisor will show them how to use the machine before the event. Upon request, we can also provide experienced hostesses for €350 net per day, plus travel expenses.
