Getting started is easy: In an initial consultation—in person, by phone, or via video call—we get to know your brand, your target audience, and your ideas. Based on this, we make specific product suggestions with initial calculations. Once you approve, we start sampling before final production begins. You are involved in every step and always have full transparency regarding the schedule and costs.

No—and that’s by design. Since each product is individually tailored to your brand, flat rates wouldn’t be meaningful. After an initial consultation, we’ll quickly send you a detailed quote via email. Our “ Brandcraft ” Classics are an exception: there, you’ll find fixed prices and products that can be ordered directly in quantities of 100 or more.

For our fully customizable products, we typically start at 100–250 units per model. For particularly exclusive VIP editions, we’ll also consider smaller quantities. If you’d like to get started quickly and easily, our “ Brandcraft ” Classics line offers products starting at 100 units with fixed prices and short lead times.

We typically need 4–6 weeks to produce samples, depending on the product and material. Once you approve the samples, production takes approximately 4–8 weeks. Depending on the country of origin and shipping method, import to Germany takes between 1 and 6 weeks. For the " Brandcraft " Classics, the total delivery time is reduced to approximately 3–6 weeks after sample approval.

Our long-standing production partners are based in China, India, Turkey, Poland, and Portugal. Depending on the product, material, and desired delivery time, we will work with you to select the most suitable production location.

Here’s an example: For our “ small leather goods ,” we use upcycled leather made from production scraps in the automotive industry that would otherwise end up as waste. Most of our production partners hold recognized certifications for their materials and facilities.
